The standard manufacturing of the item takes up to 14 working days. We ship all over the world via courier.
WP/Smooth TNT and WP/Strong come with powder glue, while WP/Suede, WP/Acoustic, WP/H2O and WP/OFF come with ready-to-use paste glue.
Please note that paste glue weight can strongly affect shipping costs, which will be charged to the client. In certain circumstances, it is recommended to buy common heavy wallpaper glue in the closest paint shop. In case of direct purchase the drying period should always be checked on the package before applying the covering.
Any paste glue for heavy wallpaper is suitable for our products. A few widely-diffused products are: Henkel Metylan Ovalit, Mapei Adhesilex MT32, Mapei Ultrabond Decor wet, ACM MS Special or ACM TEXreco.
Yes. The special systems WP/Strong, WP/Acoustic and WP/H2O come with transparent, matte and antibacterial protective covering.
WP/OFF, thought for outdoor coverings, comes with the specific solvent protective layer WallSilk®/Sol.
Our wallpaper is washable, depending on the chosen system. Some can be washed like a painted wall, some other can be even treated with aggressive detergents.
WP/Smooth TNT can be dabbed with a humid cloth and neutral detergent. All the systems treated with WallSilk®/Antibacterial (Strong, H2O and Acoustic) can be cleaned, when necessary, even with aggressive detergents; WP/OFF is resistant to washing and bad weather conditions thanks to the outdoor-specific protective layer - WallSilk®/Sol.
Every graphic contained in WallPepper® can be partially personalized.
We can move certain elements and manage color changes. For special projects our graphic office is at your disposal to draft custom-made graphics or print clients’ files.
